We prep the run of show ahead of time, so that we’re playing the right music at the right time and taking breaks when it’s someone else’s turn to get on the mic!

Here’s what we do to make your life easier on your wedding day:

• Your very own password protected portal! Simply log in through our website and view all emails, documents, files, contracts, invoices, tasks, and more! Wedding planners and parents love it.
• We reach out to your venue directly to coordinate load in and soundcheck times, along with any other information they need such as Liability Insurance. No work needed from you!
• Did you know other wedding bands don’t show you the set list? Playing your song selections for dancing at the right time is just as important as choosing the song itself! After making your song selections for dancing, we’ll curate a memorable set list and accept revisions! Along with our set list, we’ll attach a Spotify playlist of your set list. It’s great for long road trips to hear the music and vibe with the order of dance songs!
